It's THE eSport event not to be missed in the Paris region this autumn! Les Arènes d'Évry, in partnership with Grand Paris Sud, will be hosting the very first eSport show organized by Karmine Corp, France's most popular team. Entitled KCorp Arènes Opening, this ground-breaking event awaits you on the weekend of September 20 and 21, 2024, and promises to bring the entire community together for two days of unprecedented competition and festivities.
Friday September 20 kicks off the League of Legends Coupe de France, with the final to be held at Paris Games Week. The competition will bring together the best French teams. But above all, it's an opportunity for fans to watch the clashes and join in the excitement with their favourite teams! The following day, Saturday September 21, the Normal Player Cup, a special Karmine Corp edition, will take place on the Rocket League game. This tournament, open to amateurs, will enable fans to meet their favorite players and, who knows, become legends themselves.
A first in Europe, making the Karmine Corp the first club to have its own competition venue. Michel Bisson, President of Grand Paris Sud, underlined the impact of this event for the region: "This event is much more than just a sporting event; it's a symbol of the innovation, dynamism and excellence that drive our region", he explained.
