L'Atelier Cognacq-Jay is organizing its Journée Mieux Être et Partage on Saturday October 26 at Place Saint Sulpice in the 6th arrondissement. Discover activities that will do you good, and hunt for nuggets at a charity garage sale!

L'Atelier Cognacq-Jay is a place of welcome and well-being for adults affected by cancer.

The Atelier's mission is to help them break their isolation and live better with their illness.

Mieux Être et Partage Day is a family event to discover activities that will do you good as part ofPink October, breast cancer screening month.

Take part in free movement workshops and hunt for nuggets at acharity garage sale!

On the program:

  • Garage sale from 10am to 5pm
  • Tai chi at 11am
  • Zumba at 11:30am
  • Qi Gong at 12pm
  • Asian gymnastics at 10 am
