The Senior Citizens' Fair is making its return to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from March 11 to 14, 2026, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Organized this year by the magazine Notre Temps in partnership with ICI, the event is themed around "Everyday health: understand, act, cultivate". Over four days, more than 180 exhibitors and nearly 200 talks and activities will invite visitors to learn, exchange ideas, be entertained, and challenge themselves. And the good news: admission is free, with tickets available for download directly from the official website.

What is the theme of the 2026 Seniors Fair?

The overarching theme of this year’s event encourages everyone to take an active role in aging well. It revolves around three key actions that say it all: understand, act, and cultivate. To understand is to gain deeper insight into your body and the factors behind good health. To act means adopting practical habits to maintain vitality, strengthen memory, eat well, and stay active. And to cultivate involves turning these positive practices into a true art of living—centered on enjoyment and curiosity. An ambitious yet accessible program that inspires visitors to step into Hall 5.2 and embrace the journey of aging gracefully.

What does the City of Paris offer at the fair?

Staying true to tradition, the City of Paris will be present at booth E35, a 30-square-meter space set up in the “Active Living” zone. Staff from the Departments of Social Services, Municipal Police, and Prevention, along with the Communications team, will be on hand to answer visitors' questions about access to social rights and assistance, home care options and services, support for caregivers, as well as prevention and recreational activities for seniors.

At this booth, visitors can explore a digital exhibition dedicated to animal-assisted therapy in nursing homes, inspired by the work of photographer Danièle Taulin-Hommell. A guide dog will also make appearances throughout the event, accompanied by its trainer and mediator. The book will be available for purchase at the fair’s bookstore, with autograph sessions scheduled for Wednesday, March 11 (12:05-12:30 PM and 3:05-3:30 PM) and Saturday, March 14 (12:35-1:00 PM).

The City of Paris is also hosting a series of thematic conferences: safety tips and best practices for seniors (Thursday, March 12, at Salle Pasteur), nutrition and healthy aging with Dr. Agathe Raynaud Simon, a geriatrics professor at the APHP (Wednesday, March 11, at Agora Santé), and an overview of the official home assistance services available in Paris (Wednesday, March 11, at Salle Pasteur). Digital workshops focused on protecting oneself against online scams, led by digital advisors, complement the program. On the Leisure Stage, senior clubs and members will showcase demonstrations of choir singing, adapted fitness, boxing, and theater throughout the four days.
