To promote overseas cuisine, chef Babette de Rozières is inviting more than 130 chefs, producers and craftspeople from the French overseas territories to Paris, from January 26 to 28, 2024 at Porte de Versailles, for the Salon de la Gastronomie des Outre-mer 2024.
This show, dedicated to exotic, West Indian and Creole cuisines, offers the opportunity to discover and taste all the flavors of the French overseas territories. A journey through the gastronomy and culinary arts of the 9 overseas territories: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Reunion, St-Pierre-et-Miquelon and Wallis and Futuna.
Gourmets and connoisseurs will be able to discover the great classics of overseas cuisine, as well as new developments and trends. Top chefs, including Babette de Rozières, the show's founder, will be on hand to introduce the curious to the secrets of Creole cuisine and present their latest creations.
Gastronomy is certainly the star of the show, with this year's theme"The Art of Caribbean Living", but that's not all! For the duration of the show, numerous events are organized to help you discover the richness of these territories!
