The Fédération sportive et gymnique de travail de la Seine-Saint-Denis (FSGT 93) is organizing the second edition of Nage ta Seine, inaugurated on the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This time, it returns for the inauguration of the Olympic Village and as part of the Games' legacy, on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
Swimming enthusiasts and novices alike will take to the water to swim distances of 250, 500, 1,500 or 3,000 meters, while those who prefer to have fun can compete in the buoy race. Pink flamingos, crocodiles, dolphins and inflatable unicorns are expected for the most unusual race of the day!
To register for Nage ta Seine, whatever the race, cost 10 euros per person! In addition to the swimming events, an ephemeral sports village will welcome you all day long in the Parc de l'île Saint-Denis, with a forum of associations, a giant picnic, free activities (karate, climbing, judo, handball, basketball, kayaking, soccer) and, of course, the inauguration of the village with the presence of elected officials and numerous institutional partners.
Children are also in the spotlight, with introductory swimming workshops supervised by lifeguards from 11am to 4pm. An opportunity for them to discover open water in complete safety, and to get used to the natural surroundings.
