Located in the east of the capital, the Roger Le Gall swimming pool welcomes swimmers all year round in a luminous setting. Opened in 1967, it bears the name of Roger Le Gall, a French Resistance fighter, in recognition of his contribution during the Second World War. Its architecture reveals a modern design typical of the 60s, with a concrete and glass façade.
Here, you can bathe in daylight thanks to a glass roof that lets the sun's rays filter through, and enjoy two pools, one 50m long, the second 25m long with a slide. On sunny days, one of these pools can be uncovered for sunbathing in the solarium. As for the Olympic pool, it can be divided in two as required. There's also a sauna and hammam for relaxing after a swim.
This pool is also known for welcoming all swimmers, regardless of their swimwear. In partnership with ANP, the Association des Naturistes de Paris (Paris Naturist Association ), dedicated slots are also available for naturists wishing to bathe in the simplest of garb.
