Fancy playing padel in the heart of Paris, with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop? We tried out Sportfield's brand-new "central 16" court under a magnificent autumn blue sky, and had a great time!

Padel sounds familiar: it's THE up-and-coming racket sport everyone's talking about! A cross between tennis and squash, padel is played 2 against 2, on a court smaller than a tennis court (20 meters long and 10 meters wide), surrounded by glass walls on which the ball can bounce.

A highly entertaining discipline, padel is easier to get to grips with than tennis, and allows players of all levels to enjoy themselves in a friendly atmosphere. And if you're looking for a place to play padel in Paris, in the 16th arrondissement, a new court awaits you along the banks of the Seine, on the Avenue du Président Kennedy. In this brand-new open-air spot, players can play their games with the added bonus of an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower!

This pilot project is the brainchild of Sportfield, winner of the Quartiers d'Innovation urbaine award, which offers agile sports facilities to bring sport to the heart of the city and energize local players. This innovative, modular, self-contained pitch is accessible every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., thanks to automated code access, and can be booked via the Anybuddy platform (one-hour time slot for a fee starting at 40 euros).

If you don't have your racket or tube of balls yet, don't panic! The club offers equipment rental directly on site in a locker. And if it's playing partners you're looking for, Sportfield has the solution for you too, with a WhatsApp group where you can find other players of your level.

So, ready to work on your bandeja and vibora on this unique padel court? Visit the Anybuddy reservation site or the Sportfield website!
