After the success of its first edition, the Betclic Remontada Padel returns with 12 stages in 4Padel clubs across France, from November 20, 2024 to May 17, 2025, to find its new competitors, who will try to reach the grand final at the foot of the Eiffel Tower ! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, this 100% leisure competition is open to all, and is played in doubles!
It's an opportunity to try out this unlicensed racket sport, which resembles tennis, across a number of categories, some of which are surprising. Players can take part with their colleague, play between women, between brother and sister, propose a pair with a combined age of over 80, or be 20 years, kilos or tattoos apart - anything goes!
12 qualifying tournaments will take place, including Créteil, Montreuil, Vaires-sur-Marne and Paris 20 in the Ile-de-France region, over 4 days each. The game lasts 2 hours at a time, with a simple principle: if you win, you go up; if you lose, you go down. The 12 10-minute rotations are set against a backdrop of joker challenges to spice up the games.
The competition will end in June 2025 on an ephemeral padel court on the banks of the Seine, in front of the Vedettes de Paris barge, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower! On the program for this weekend, which is already shaping up to be exceptional, will be finals in all categories, VIP matches, challenges and demonstrations, all accessible to visitors free of charge!
