After a successful summer of exhibitions at the Korean Cultural Center, it's time to immerse yourself in South Korean culture, thanks to a series of exceptional artistic events, combining film and dance, from the end of October to December. To begin with, discover a traditional courtdance performance , originating from Tongyeong, performed exclusively by women, for a transmission of dance arts inherited from the past.
If you're a film buff, you'll want to check out the ciné-club, with two screenings of films paying tribute to the late Yun Jung-hee: Kim Soo-yong's Le Brouillard and Lee Chang-dong's Poetry. The 18th Korean Film Festival continues at the Cinéma Publicis on the Champs-Elysées. Some 50 Korean films will be screened over a week on various themes, from October 31 to November 7, 2023.
Please note that these activities are free of charge, so reservations are highly recommended!
