Nature is the next equestrian show of the Chantilly Stables. To be discovered from September 16 to November 4, 2018, this show will stage 7 riders and their horses in an ode to nature written by Sophie Bienaimé, the equestrian manager and art director of the Great Stables.
For an hour, 7 riders will throw themselves with the 20 horses of the company for a wonderful ode to nature with music by Jean-Lou Descamps, the composer offering a musical interpretation of the four seasons with the assistance of Benoît Sarrochi’s and Ghjuvan Petru Pieve’s voices.
In Chantilly, the show focuses on training, a work respecting the animal - don't even think you're going to see horse-acrobatics. It's more about dancing, cuddling, roling on the floor and the horses even greet us by bowing their heads... A pure moment of perfect happiness for the whole family.
Regarding the creation, Sophie Bienaimé explains: “Once I decided the theme and told the first ideas, everyone comes with one or several acts according to horses’ talent and training, gives ideas and we work the whole thing to make it coherent of which the first staging touch is brought by Virginie Mouzy-Bienaimé. A true teamwork! I wish this show makes us think about nature’s benefits, its importance for each and every one of us.”
An intimate place in line with the horses, thel ive musicians and the singers, a tour of the stables from the 18th century, we stick to this show offering a beautiful interpretation of nature and its 4 seasons!
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
