Come celebrate with music theanniversary of the birth of Galileo, famous astronomer and scientist, convinced of heliocentrism (the stars revolve around the Sun) and imprisoned for that! Today, everyone agrees with him and the Cité des sciences pays tribute to him by celebrating his 459 years of existence in our memories and history books. During all school vacations, at 2pm, enjoy a DJ set and a memorable karaoke, accompanied by amazing appearances in the Planetarium.
This show, which is aimed at everyone, from 7 years old, features Galileo under house arrest since his trial for heresy. In order to cheer him up, the mediator of the Cité becomes a DJ and proposes a modern and festive playlist, between Dua Lipa and Daft Punk, while evoking the discoveries and the life of the famous physicist. But what would a birthday be without prestigious guests? You'll be able to see the grand duke of Tuscany , Cosimo II de' Medici , Johannes Kepler, the pope, Galileo's mother and a platitudinous man, all of whom will leave amazing messages for our friend!
Galileo's party is amusical journey through time and space for the whole family to learn while having fun!
