The Centre des Monument Nationaux (CMN) is offering free admission to a monument to any visitor on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, to discover another monument in the network before January 31, 2019! This initiative, unprecedented, is a Christmas gift from the CMN, which has crossed the 10,000,000 visits to the 100 national monuments it manages for the first time in 2018.
So, in Paris, we go (re)visit the Sainte-Chapelle, the Pantheon, theArch of Triumph, the Towers of the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris (75), the Castle of Champs-sur-Marne (77), the Castle of Rambouillet (78) or even the National Domain of Saint-Cloud (92)...
At the end of the operation, you will get a pass for an entrance valid in all the monuments managed by the CMN (to be used before January 31, 2019), thus valid for the Parisian monuments, but also for theAbbey of Mont Saint-Michel, the castle of Carcassonne and in the 100 national monuments of the network (ideal for the Christmas vacations)!
With this operation, the Centre des Monument Nationaux wants to thank its visitors and invite us to continue our heritage discoveries throughout France. Be careful though, each monument has received a stock of passes corresponding to an estimated number of visitors this Wednesday, December 19th, and there may not be enough passes for the last visitors!
And if you are not available on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, the CMN is also setting up an online scavenger hunt "Find the #MonumentMystery" (on the website of the Centre des Monuments Nationaux) with, at the end of the day, a year's worth of monument visits for 2 people, books from the Editions du patrimoine or even gifts from the CMN stores.
