Discover the Walt Disney Studios park from a new angle... That's what Disneyland Paris was offering with an explosive musical experience, Disney Loves Jazz, on June 15. The evening was all about jazz, transforming Walt Disney Studios into a musical stage where the sounds so dear to Miles Davis and Duke Ellington delighted the ears of music lovers.
During this unique event, music lovers were able to listen, dance and swing to the sounds of trumpets, saxophones and double basses in the company of several Disney characters, including the Aristochats, Rémy and Emile, Baloo and King Louie, and Oswald and Ortensia.
They were also able to attend a variety of concerts, with several artists performing on the Moteurs... Actions ! Stunt Show Spectacular. Hugh Coltman, Ayo, China Moses, Camélia Jordana, Anne Sila... All accompanied by The Amazing Keystone Big Band, who kept jazz fans on their toes for part of the evening. These musicians revisited the most beautiful Disney songs in jazz versions, inspired by the album Jazz Loves Disney.
After the concert on the Moteurs... Actions ! Stunt Show Spectacular, visitors were treated to an enchanting concert by Thomas Dutronc on another stage, opposite The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Several musical moments without false notes, punctuated by various happenings in the alleys of the park, such as a street orchestra strolling around Rémy's square, a stone's throw from the attraction Ratatouille: L'Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy. An intimate and convivial evening, with access to certain attractions opened especially for the occasion. In short, we can't wait for the next edition!
Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
