The Grand Palais des Glaces returns to Paris for the 2024-2025 winter season. This is great news for skaters and lovers of the capital, as this iconic event has not been held for 5 years. Indeed, with the Grand Palais undergoing renovation work, the world's largest indoor ice rink had been absent from previous Parisian winters. Now, after years of waiting, Parisians of all ages can look forward to a 6th edition of this hot concept!
Imagine a gigantic ice rink stretching beneath the nave of the Grand Palais. Under lights and to the rhythm of a musical ambiance or even a DJ set, a gigantic ballet of professional skaters and beginners, young and old, twirl around a frosty surface of nearly 3,000m2, with a bonus area dedicated to children. Year after year, a monumental work of art is placed in the center of the event.

The brainchild ofOlivier Maurey, founder of the Ludéric Group, the first edition in 2012 was a huge success, with almost 300,000 people turning out to discover this exceptional and unexpected event. Experienced athletes, families and visitors alike took to the frosty course. Children even benefited from a specially designed, safe and supervised area. Two slots are usually open during the day: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
In the evening, it's time for a giant dance floor party. When night falls, the ice rink puts on a show: it's the festive rendezvous of the Champs-Elysées. The ice rink is transformed into a giant dance floor, where you can glide all night long to the sound of a DJ, shine under the disco balls and dance to the rhythm of the light shows...
Not only will you be able to give free rein to your skating, but there are also convivial areas all around the ice rink. The Grand Palais des Glaces is the perfect place to enjoy the shows and entertainment on offer.
