World Cocktail Month by Matthias Giroud for creative cocktails to discover

MGallery hotels around the world, including in and around Paris, are celebrating mixology. For World Cocktail Month, Matthias Giroud has imagined a whole range of cocktails that should not leave you cold.

Ten cocktails and mocktails ( non-alcoholic) inspired by emblematic MGallery hotel destinations are presented by the internationally renowned Mixologist. Each creation evokes the essence of a unique place, through sight, smell and taste:

• The Sydney Opera House Symphony (Australia), a tribute to Jørn Utzon's iconic architecture.
• The Chinese Elixir (mocktail), with a bamboo leaf reminiscent of the Great Wall of China.
• The Italian Limonaia, whose sloping ice cube echoes the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
• Thailand'sSoleil de Feu, inspired by Bangkok's Grand Palace.
• The Brazilian Amazon, with its vibrant rainforest colors.
• The Moroccan Oasis (mocktail), imitating the dunes of the Sahara desert.
• The Cappadocian Lantern (mocktail), with spherical ice cubes evoking the hot-air balloons of Turkey.
• La Lettre d'Amour de Provence (France), scented with lavender.
• La Moisson Polonaise (Polish Harvest), reminiscent of the roofs of Krakow's market square.
• Le Conte du Mékong (mocktail), served in a bamboo-covered glass, symbolizing the Vietnamese river.

Throughout World Cocktail Month, MGallery hotels organize a variety of events to celebrate mixology. Among the activities on offer, masterclasses enable participants to learn how to make cocktails under the supervision of experienced mixologists. These two-hour workshops offer an immersion in the art of mixology, with the creation of a minimum of two cocktails per session.
