A landmark of Paris in the '70s, L'Alcazar is going vegan for its Sunday brunch this year. The new formula was developed with Angèle from La Guinguette D'Angèle.
After traveling between San Francisco and Australia, where she cultivated her curiosity for organic farming and green juices, this Paris native trained as a naturopath and then decided to set up her own detox catering service, offering organic, local, ethical and gluten-free products.
This association with L'Alcazar has been a great success since its launch, and a new menu is currently being prepared with Angèle for early 2017. Brunch recommended for Vegan diet initiates and those wishing to discover it. For the faint-hearted, the menu includes classic soft-boiled eggs, roast chicken and salmon.
