Have you heard about Néogourmets already? If you are a foodie, but pay attention to what you eat, you may have heard about this company created in 2018 in Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, in the heart of Touraine. For the others, a catch-up session might be needed. Behind Néogourmets stand Gaëlle and David. Together, they decided to create handmade cookies free of added sugars and sweeteners. Since then, the wonderful adventure has come quite a long way, especially thanks to their meeting with chef Thierry Marx who immediately grasp their project and values. The latter did not hesitate to take part in the project by becoming an associate to the small start-up back in 2019. Now the chef helps with the creation of all recipes.
And speaking of recipes, Néogourmets reveals 5 new 100% cocoa slabs, without added sugars nor sweeteners, for the Holidays. Naturally sweetened with fruits, these new slabs will delight children and adults with the quality of the fair, 100% natural and organic ingredients, as well as thanks to the beans directly transformed into bars (bean-to-bar). As an outcome, their chocolate bars are perfectly balanced.
Although cocoa fans will be convinced by the 95% Haitian vanilla chocolate, others will melt for the 70% Dominican Republican dark chocolate with speculoos spices and fruity hints of mandarin and cinnamon. And discover the 70% Congo dark chocolate bar with a hazelnut core, as well as Cappuccino milk chocolate (50% cocoa) from Ecuador, not sour or bitter. Last but not least, some raspberry white chocolate, highly regressive!
But these chocolate bars are not the only novelties of the brand since Néogourmets also releases healthy spreads, naturally sweetened by dates. Two recipes are available: dark chocolate-hazelnut or hazelnut.
Last but not least, for the Holidays 2021, children will be happy to enjoy a box designed by artist Petit Berge. The ideal occasion to introduce them to quality chocolate as early as possible. Inside? 3 chocolate bars: milk and hazelnut chocolate from Dominican Republic, 70% Dominican Republic dark chocolate, and 85% Ugandan dark chocolate.
Find all these novelties at the Grande Épicerie de Paris and in the two stores and online at www.neogourmets.com and in delicatessens.
