In total, 200 hours of workshops in 4 dedicated areas. 3 kinds of workshop will offer you to revise classics or discover new techniques and trends: traditional pastry, Cake design, Chocolate.
The pastry corners: come and taste the best of French pastry! The pastry corners is a dream and offers themed corners each one highlighting a traditional Parisian pastry.
The Pastry Show: in full heart of the show, over 20 world famous chefs will reveal their secrets and tips about everything related to creative pastry. Over 20 hours of live demonstration will allow you to meet your mentors or to discover some well-kept secrets. The access is free and unlimited.
