3 amateur competitions:
Among the trends for this 2023 edition, discover how patisserie has become an art on display on social networks, and admire masterpieces as aesthetic as they are gourmet. Appreciate France's unrivalled expertise in "Haute Pâtisserie" and"Pâtisserie de Boulangerie", and take part in the promotion of pastry-making professions.
Finally, explore a more committed patisserie, evolving with the times and adopting responsible, ecological and healthier approaches. Professionals at the show will be talking about their experiences and practices in terms of health and the environment.
Today, French patisserie has more than enough wind in its sails. With patisseries making a name for themselves abroad, and numerous TV shows praising our great chefs and our know-how, this is an event that should delight enthusiasts. But there's more to patisserie than meets the eye: thousands of passionate artisans, cookery schools, recipes galore and specialities from every region. It's also good ingredients, utensils and decor to discover at the show.
