Pastry chef Matthieu Carlin unveils Butterfly Pâtisserie, his gourmet counter where you can find his creations with little sugar, respecting the seasons and the natural flavors of the products. To celebrate the arrival of spring and the opening of the boutique, we can taste among the proposed pastries, a sublime chocolate jasmine flower surprisingly light, as well as a lemon pie with a mousse dipped in an Italian meringue to offer us all the greediness of this flagship dessert while reducing the sugar to highlight the taste of the citrus fruit.
We also love the strawberry charlotte revisited with a touch of orange blossom that makes us fall back into childhood as well as the grapefruit finger where we find the sweet bitterness of the fruit cleverly counterbalanced by a crunchy sugar paste and a fromage blanc mousse. It will also be the occasion to discover theEaster egg with quinoa praline imagined by the Chef in echo to the opening of his store!

For the launch, this one offers you three madeleines, one with chocolate, another with citrus fruits and the third with raspberry, with their respective toppings. Finally, it is also possible to order large cakes for 4 to 8 people from 45€.
