Lucas Carton, this historic restaurant dating back to 1839, unveils a new tea time every Saturday, a refined, gourmet snack. The classic version (50€) or the champagne version (70€) are served in the restaurant's beautiful Majorelle room. Confidential, this Christmas tea time is sure to win you over with its refined dishes in a hushed setting.
Pastry chef Sylvain Goujon, ex-Chef Pâtissier at Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square London, who also trained with Anne-Sophie Pic, is at the helm of this delicious snack, as is Chef Hugo Bourny, who offers his very "London Calling" vision of tea-time.
For this gourmet Christmas break, we start with an unctuous homemade hot chocolate, coffee or tea, chosen from a pretty selection on the cart. Then we start with the delicious airy buckwheat madeleines.
Tea time offers a refined selection of sweets that change with the seasons:
This sweet interlude is available at €50 per person, by reservation only. Services take place at 3pm and 4:30pm. To book, call 01 42 65 22 90 or email restaurant@lucascarton.fr.
In this festive season, Lucas Carton offers a unique experience combining tradition and modernity, ideal for lovers of fine pastries and exceptional venues.
