Already operating the fabulous Tamara gourmet restaurant, chef Clément Vergeat has signed up for a new restaurant and wine bar called Nellu, in Paris's 4th arrondissement. In the kitchen, he has placed a man he trusts, Olivier Garcia, with whom he worked at the Tamara group's first address. On the plates, well-crafted bistronomy, and in the glasses, some very nice skittles.
