Pastry chef Olivier Stehly launches his new all-you-can-eat brunch at his Fabrique à Toga in Bercy Village. With Viennoiseries, eggs cooked to order, risotto, coquillettes with truffles, lasagne, quiches and homemade pastries, the chef is sure to delight us with his all-you-can-eat formula for less than 35 euros! Word of mouth is so good that it's sold out on Sundays, and the chef is even considering opening his brunch on Saturdays. We tell you all about it.
