Late on Tuesday, an RATP bus crashed into the façade of Bouillon du Coq, the iconic Saint-Ouen restaurant launched in July 2024 by Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx. Located in the heart of the town, on the corner of boulevard Jean-Jaurès and rue du Docteur-Bauer, the front of the restaurant was damaged, but no one was seriously injured. It took just one day for the restaurant to be back in service on Wednesday evening.
