Japanese chef Katsuaki Okiyama and bartender Hugo Combe have joined forces to create Minore, soon to be opened in Paris's 9th arrondissement. Both a restaurant and a cocktail bar, this new gourmet address is likely to be the talk of the town in early 2024!
