What could be nicer than celebrating July 14th in a charming village? Nestled in the heart of the Vallée de Chevreuse, Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse has a long history. Founded in the Middle Ages, Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse has preserved many historic monuments that bear witness to its rich past. From Place de l'Église to Château de la Madeleine, every street corner reveals a new surprise. It's in this idyllic setting that we celebrate July 14th, adding a modern touch to the historic atmosphere.
Don't miss the Fête Nationale gathering this July 13, 2023 in Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse. Starting at 7.30pm, the festivities begin with a concert by the École de Musique in the courtyard of the Envol. At 8:30 pm, the atmosphere is stepped up a notch with a live band, and at 10 pm, lanterns are handed out in front of the Relais Parents-Enfants. Then it's off on a festive stroll from l'Envol, through the Jardin Public to the Guy-de-Coubertin stadium, where the fireworks explode at 11pm. The evening concludes in style with a popular ball until 1am in the courtyard of l'Envol.
