This year, Belambra offers us a culinary voyage for the festive season: a Christmas log with a taste of Beauty and the Beast.
Directly inspired by fairy tales, pastry chef Charley Fouquet brings a wealth of flavors to this story of romance. Red berries, mascarpone and sugar roses: you'll melt with pleasure! We find Belle's delicacy behind the rose and vanilla, and her lightness through the crème mousseline and cookie madeleine, twisted by the power of the Beast thanks to the fresh raspberry. In short, we're in for a treat!
The good news is that even those who won't be away for the festive season will be able to enjoy it. You can enjoy it in individual format (for 5.20€) at Bogato, 7 rue Liancourt - Paris 14, from December 18 to 24, 2017. To get it in family size, you'll have to place an order in the patisserie(or on their website); the price will depend on the size.
