Gourmet Christmas brunch at the Prince of Wales 2022

Champagne! The Prince de Galles Paris invites you to celebrate Christmas Day 2022 in its restaurants with a festive brunch!

For Christmas, the palace on Avenue George V unveils an exceptional array of flavors, including classic brunch dishes such as homemade pâté en croûte, escargots, scallops, lobster and other festive seafood.

Hot starters are also on the menu, with porcini mushroom oeuf cocotte, white pudding and cider potato tart, and crayfish melba. On the main course, let yourself be seduced by chef Gérald Poirier's fricassee of poultry with porcini mushrooms or vol-au-vent of scallops and langoustines.

After an obligatory visit to the cheese buffet and its gourmet breads, in keeping with French tradition, we end on a sweet note with pastries, viennoiseries, cookies and gourmet logs from new Pastry Chef Hélène Kerloeguen.
