Gourmet menu for New Year's Eve 2023-2024 at 39V

For New Year's Eve 2023-2024, Le 39V awaits you in an atmosphere between sea and sky. As night falls, the restaurant will be decked out in all its finery for a Parisian evening that's as gourmet as it is romantic.

For New Year's Eve 2023, chef Frédéric Vardon has concocted an original 7-course menu based on seasonal produce, to be accompanied by exceptionalfood and wine pairings.

Price: €345 for a 7-course menu with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne; €475 for a 7-course menu with wine pairing; and €510 for a 7-course menu with a bottle of '2012 Comtes de Champagne - Taittinger' for two.
