Christmas Market 2024 in Épinay-sur-Orge (91): creative workshops and free events in Essonne

The Épinay-sur-Orge Christmas Market returns on Sunday, December 8, 2024! Once again this year, the esplanade de la Mairie is transformed into a winter village, with stalls, free entertainment and magical moments for the whole family. Forget the hustle and bustle of Paris and let yourself be seduced by the warm atmosphere of Essonne (91)!

The Christmas market season is officially underway in Paris and the Île-de-France region! The Tuileries, the Eiffel Tower, La Défense... you've already given your all. So, if this year you'd rather escape the crowds in the capital, head for the Christmas Market in Épinay-sur-Orge, Essonne (91)! On Sunday, December 8, 2024, the Town Hall esplanade will be transformed into a veritable winter village, dotted with fashion, gastronomy, design and much more to delight the whole family!

The program includes free activities for young and old, so you can give free rein to your creativity by personalizing your Christmas socks or making your own scented balm, among other things. Children will love the "Little Christmas Train" merry-go-round and the tree course. As for atmosphere, the music stage will focus on Christmas classics with a festive playlist, followed by Les Fées Harmoniques and a lively brass band, Pouss'café.

And of course, the inevitable magical moments are also on the agenda! After completing his tour of the town, Santa Claus will join the market to collect letters from little ones and hand out chocolates, while the "Nutcracker and Rennes" light parade will take to the streets at 5pm and 6.15pm.
