It's a gourmet's favorite holiday: every year, Easter gives us the opportunity to spend some quality time together as a family, with our pockets full of chocolates! This year, how about celebrating Easter in a beautiful Île-de-France monument, to add a little majesty to the event? Head for the Château de Villiers park, in Draveil, Essonne, to take part in a traditional egg hunt on Monday, April 21, 2025.
The theme of this fun-filled family event is"Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", a classic for all generations during the chocolate festival! To obtain the precious treasures, get ready for a race punctuated by riddles and other games, for a fun and unforgettable family moment.
By giving a "magic" answer phrase, children (up to age 12) will be able to pick up Easter chocolates donated by the town, and enjoy them straight away. On the way, children will be greeted by the Mascotte rabbit, who will show them the way. We also recommend that you bring a working pen. Disguises are recommended for all ages!
A fun egg hunt for the whole family, but above all an opportunity to enjoy a lovely stroll in the grounds of the Château, a true "country house" built in 1782, before it was destroyed by fire. The building then became a Louis XVI-style château. More recently, the château became a media library in 1991, and hosts numerous cultural events. So don't hesitate to drop in, folks!
