TheŒuf Jardin Secret, the centerpiece of this collection, embodies the delicacy of the first days of spring. This artistic creation, limited to 10 pieces, measures 48 cm high and weighs 5.4 kg. It comprises a finely perforated 56% dark chocolate egg with 6,500 openings, enclosing a second 33% ivory chocolate egg topped with caramelized almond and vanilla praline fritters. Each piece, signed by Nicolas Cloiseau, requires a week's painstaking work and will be available in stores and online from March 11, 2025, at a price of €2,900.

For lovers of more accessible sweets, thePâquerette Egg offers a faceted dark chocolate half-shell, lined with milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut chips. This 17-cm creation is garnished with praline fritures and adorned with ivory chocolate daisies. Also available from March 11, 2025, it is priced at €75.
Collectors will appreciate Lapin Pâquerette, a milk chocolate bar with caramelized almonds and crêpe dentelle, evoking a mischievous rabbit hidden in a grove. This 165 g mouthful, with notes of caramel and Madagascar vanilla, will go on sale from March 11, 2025 at a price of €34.
