Opened since Christmas 2011 in the Madeleine district, Helmut NewCake was the 1st patisserie offering fresh traditional cakes certified 100% gluten-free. In September 2018, a second boutique opened its doors on rue Saint-Honoré; and it's in these two boutiques that you'll find your gluten-free Holy Grail for pulling kings with the family.
On the menu, a galette des Rois made with fresh apple compote and a blend of gluten-free flours, so that indulgence rhymes with pleasure. Available from January 1 to 31, 2019.
What's more, Helmut NewCake has teamed up with the Ecusson cider brand, which is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. So, for just a few extra euros, you'll be able to take home a bottle of rosé cider, to enjoy with your 2019 galette des Rois.
