This signature galette is unlike any other. With its diamond-cut appearance, it features a millefeuille-style assembly, with a puff pastry filled with a tonka bean almond cream and a light Madagascar vanilla cream.
This creation can be found in the boutique at 69€ per galette for 6 to 8 people, by reservation from January 1, 2024. We have no doubt that your guests will be delighted! Also note that a winning bean will be hidden in this limited-edition galette Diamant, giving the chance to win a mystery experience in the presence of Hugues Pouget and Lorenz Baümer.
ForEpiphany 2024, it will also be possible to succumb to Hugo & Victor's traditional 100% Made in France galette. Made in the purest French tradition, this galette des rois features an almond cream made fromOccitan almonds, French wheat flour and extra-fresh butter.
And what wouldEpiphany be without a Brioche des rois? Hugo & Victor's Brioche des rois is made with a light citrus cream and lemon zest. This flaky brioche is sure to please.
