Naraé Kim, crowned Best Pastry Chef of the Year 2024 by Gault & Millau, has had a remarkable career. From Guam to Seoul, via Vietnam, she honed her culinary skills before settling in France. Having worked in prestigious establishments such as Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Yannick Alléno's group, she now shines at the Park Hyatt alongside chef Jean-François Rouquette.
