La Galette des Rois de Clem & Gwen 2025, as gourmet as it is affordable

We've already told you aboutClem & Gwen, the famous new bakery-patisserie from Gwendal Pecher and Clément Carvalho in Clichy and Saint-Ouen. A gourmet spot that combines delicious creations with affordable prices. Having worked with Carl Marletti, Philippe Conticini's Gâteaux d'Emotion and as a finalist in Meilleur Pâtissier Professionnel, Gwendal has what it takes to delight us.

For this new year 2025, we're off to discover the house galette des rois, available throughout January. Imagine a flaky galette generously topped with frangipane, arguably the best-filled of all the galettes we've tasted.

Prices start at 4.90€ for a slice, 9.80€ for 2, 19.60€ for 4, 29.40€ for 6, 39.20€ for 8 and 49.50€ for 10! Suffice it to say, there's plenty to enjoy. At these prices, you might as well go for the big one and save yourself some slices...

The house also offers a Brioche des Rois for 4 at €17.80 and a galette des Rois cookie at €33 for 6.
