Cyril Lignac's Galettes et Gâteau des Rois 2025: Epiphany treats in Paris

Every year, it's the same battle: there are the die-hard fans of the traditional frangipane galette des rois, the devotees of brioche wreaths, and then there are the others who like to try out and discover new things.

Cyril Lignac's galettes des rois come in three gourmet variations. For lovers of freshness, the Galette des Rois Yuzu, with its almond and yuzu lemon cream, sublimated by a citrus crunch, is a promise of a gustatory voyage. Chocolate lovers won't be disappointed with the Galette des Rois Gianduja, topped with a chocolate-hazelnut ganache with gianduja. Finally, the traditional Galette des Rois Amande remains a safe bet, with its sweet, authentic notes. Prices vary according to format: from €6 for an individual slice to €48 for a galette for 8 people.

In homage to his southern roots, Cyril Lignac also offers Gâteau des Rois, a moist brioche scented with orange blossom. Embellished with candied oranges, sugar grains and caramelized dried fruit, this specialty evokes the flavors of the South. Available individually for €5 or for 6 people for €30, it's a light, festive alternative to the traditional galette.

To add a touch of fun, the Chef hides six special " Winning Bear " beans in his creations. Lucky winners will receive a Pyramid of Milk Marshmallow Bears, valued at €70. In addition, this year's classic beans, priced at €20, invite you to add to your collection while enjoying these sweet treats.

Epiphanie's creations are available in the various boutiques of La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac, including rue de Sèvres (6th), rue Paul Bert (11th) and boulevard Pasteur (15th). And let's not forget the Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet corner, which completes these crunchy-founding addresses.
