Jeffrey Cagnes offers a collection as elegant as it is original. The traditional galette is distinguished by its inverted puff pastry and rum-flavored frangipane, enhanced by an emblematic powdered sugar design. This revisited classic, priced from €6, seduces with its perfect balance of crunch and fondant.

Hazelnut lovers will fall for the galette noisette, with its intense frangipane, almond-hazelnut praline and caramelized hazelnuts, an irresistible combination of flavors and textures. Available from €8.50, it promises a memorable tasting experience.

For a touch of originality, the Babka des rois unveils a generous brioche filled with pistachio praline, pistachio frangipane and orange confit subtly scented with orange blossom. Chopped pistachios add a crunchy note to this creation designed for 8 people, at €48.
