Jeffrey Cagnes has finally opened his pastry shop! Jeffrey Cagnes, who made a name for himself with his Nutcracker store, before excelling at Stohrer, is now opening his new spot that will certainly have the whole of Paris running. After revitalizing the oldest pastry shop in Paris with delicious authentic desserts, he had announced his departure for new adventures in early 2021.

A few months later, here comes the arrival of his new baby (in addition to the real one), at 24 rue des Moines in the Batignolles district. This address is well known to the neighborhood's gourmands, since Jonathan Blot officiated there, with his pastry shop Acide, until 2017. About twenty seats, a beautiful glass frontage overlooking the street, the address has everything to please.
As you enter, on one side are the pastries and on the other, the pastries, babkas, macaroons and other tarts.
As we continue, the chocolate display cabinets open up to us.
The chef has many ideas in mind and promises us many surprises, like his multiple collaborations with Philippe Conticini. We have already discovered a decadent praline babka and a raspberry, on sale on his website. On his instagram page, Jeffrey Cagnes had already teased us with gourmet creations, viennoiserie tests but also the gourmet Trop'Dog that some of us could discover at Taste of Paris.
In short, it's now open, go quickly to enjoy the creations of Jeffrey Cagnes!
