Les Secrets de Muriel patisserie, which has set up shop in the Grand Colbert, is now available both on-site and to take away. Don't hesitate to take a seat in this restaurant, which has retained its historic charm, or take a pastry to go to the gardens of the Palais Royal, just a stone's throw away.
Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier, you may have seen her on Meilleur Pâtissier Professionnel, where she was a finalist in 2017. In any case, she's a talented chef who cut her teeth with MOF Christian Camprini, as well as Claire Damon (Des Gâteaux et du Pain). She now shares her creations and tips on her Youtube channel "Les secrets de Muriel", and delights Parisians who can discover her boutique in the Grand Colbert.
She has also recently launched a limited-edition Box/Workshop where you can learn how to create with all the necessary materials. Would you like to try your hand at creating a gourmet café with video, or are you looking for an original gift for a cooking fan?
Côté comptoir pastries change with the seasons. Count €6.50 per pastry. This season's offerings include: the gourmet Paris-Brest with its flowing heart, the Mont Blanc tart, the crunchy chocolate Dôme, the Baba au Rhum and the coffee éclair.
Desserts are available in the restaurant every day from midday to midnight. The Salon de Thé formula awaits you from 3pm to 6pm and the takeaway counter from 10am to 6pm.
