The Journées du Mont-Blanc 2023 in Angelina pastry shops and tea rooms

Regulars at the famous tea room are familiar with Angelina's signature pastry, the Mont-Blanc. Presented in the form of a dome of chestnut cream vermicelli with a heart of meringue and light chantilly, this pastry successfully sells several hundred units a day in France!

That's why Maison Angelina decided several years ago to honor its signature creation by organizing what we used to call La Journée du Mont-Blanc. Since 2017, this event takes place over a few days and has therefore been renamed Les Journées du Mont-Blanc.

This year, from Wednesday November 8 to Sunday November 12, 2023, Angelina pastry shops and tea rooms in Paris will be showcasing the snowy creations of pastry chef Christophe Appert. On the menu: the classic Mont-Blanc, plus other exclusive variations:

• Mont-Blanc Classique: Meringue, light Chantilly, chestnut cream vermicelli. Store price: €7.90, Takeaway price: €8.30, Tearoom price: €10
• Mont-Blanc Inversé: Swiss meringue shells, light Chantilly, chestnut mascarpone mousse, chestnut cream vermicelli, grated coconut. Store price: €8.30, Takeaway price: €8.80, Tearoom price: €10.60
• Mont-Blanc Pistache: Meringue, light Chantilly, pistachio cream, pistachio chestnut cream vermicelli, crushed pistachios. Store price: €8.20, Takeaway price: €8.70, Tearoom price: €10.50

Maison Angelina also offers mini Mont-Blancs, in a choice of classic, chocolate, passion, pistachio or raspberry. Count €16 for five in the boutique and €10.40 for four in the tearoom. So, are you ready to hit the slopes of Mont-Blanc?
