A small patisserie with a big commitment: that's what characterizes Sucré Coeur, the gourmet address that awaits you at the foot of Montmartre, on the Saint-Georges side of Paris. On Rue Manuel, passers-by stop in front of this terra-cotta-colored sign to admire the gourmet pastries displayed in the window. It's here that Marie Dieudonné delights sweet tooths with creations as ravishing as they are delicious.
You don't come here for a Paris-Brest or a Millefeuille, but to meet Gaspard, Paul, Marjorie, Nadine & compagnie: the mouth-watering gluten-free tarts from Sucré Coeur. This responsible patisserie uses fresh produce, some of it organically grown, in recipes that evolve with the seasons. Everything is made on site in the lab located within the charming boutique.
We fall under the spell of Nadine, a delicious fruity tart made with a soft cookie, shortcrust pastry, organic white chocolate ganache, fig confit and fresh figs, andArthur, a vegan tart with cardamom pear cream, pear jelly and poached pears, Jean' s organic popcorn ganache and salted butter-caramel, Gaspard 's chocolate version, and Pierre 's Tahitian vanilla.
And for the most indecisive gourmets, good news: at Sucré Coeur, you'll find miniature pastries for maximum pleasure. The recipes change regularly, giving us a good excuse to return again and again. And for an even more indulgent snack, you can indulge in a cinnamon brioche or an irresistible cookie. Ready to go?
