This winter, a gourmet chalet and an immersive yurt will take their place in this third place dedicated to eco-responsibility. What could be more logical in this warm, environmentally-friendly space than to enjoy a raclette or a fondue, but vegetarian? The curious, vegan or lactose-intolerant can enjoy these traditional Alpine dishes while pampering the planet!
Until March 2, 2025, from 7pm to 10:30pm, enjoy a generous vegan raclette for 27 euros, with vegan charcuterie, potatoes and roasted vegetables (vegetarian option available), or a fondue for two euros less! Concocted in partnership with New Roots, a vegan creamery from the Swiss Alps offering cheese alternatives, and Heura, a brand specializing in 100% plant-based meat, these typical seasonal delights await you from Friday to Sunday.
On weekends, immerse yourself in an immersive yurt for a twenty-minute sensory awakening to the ecological world. Also accessible to children,"L'Arbre-Soleil" is a poetic experience that invites you to regenerate a thousand-year-old tree and reconnect with nature in a luminous and sonorous universe. Sitting in a circle, eyes closed, with headphones on your ears, travel into another dimension in front of an interactive light sculpture, until February 23, 2025.
