Get your taste buds and your courage ready, as American chef Kristin Frederick 's restaurant chain launches theExperience Hot Sauces, for adventurers crazy enough to brave these hot hot hot flavors ranging from 1,800 to over 2 million on theScoville scale.

The principle is simple: get your friends together and set out to discover a selection of 10 fiery sauces with ever-increasing levels of spiciness. Each sauce promises to get your adrenalin pumping, while testing your stamina. These sauces are served on a platter, to be enjoyed and shared with snacks - tenders, onion rings, fries and mac & cheese balls.

The experience is available evenings only, in the rue Oberkampf restaurant (Paris 11), the rue Grégoire de Tours restaurant (Paris 6) and the Ivry-Sur-Seine address. Count €19.90 for a tray of snacks and 10 Hot Ones sauces.
