One of the Maison Angélina Paris must-haves is Mont Blanc, of course. The Journées Mont-Blanc are back. This year, the house celebrates its 120th anniversary with a special creation: Mont-Bisou by Peggy Frey. Angelina Paris is an iconic place, once frequented by the likes of Marcel Proust and Gabrielle Chanel. This historic establishment is world-famous for its Mont-Blanc and legendary hot chocolate.
In 1903, Angelina opened its doors, creating a meeting place for the intellectual and artistic elite of the time. Today, the house is reviving its former splendor by teaming up with Peggy Frey, a contemporary figure in fashion and gourmet food. The result is Mont-Bisou, a modern, elegant interpretation of the famous Mont-Blanc.
Peggy Frey, known for her red-carpet appearances, brings her personal touch to a dessert that reflects her personality: cheerful, bright and resolutely Parisian. The Mont-Bisou features a crunchy meringue, a raspberry-pink mousse and the inevitable chestnut cream vermicelli, topped with raspberry granulates and a nod to her childhood with the Rose de Reims cookie.
This exclusive dessert has been available since October 18 as a limited edition in Angelina boutiques and tea rooms. The options are as follows
It's time to indulge in this original version of Mont Blanc, a tribute to Angelina's history and expertise. With this creation, the House revives the Parisian Belle Époque with a contemporary, gourmet touch. The fusion of tradition and innovation is perfectly embodied in Mont-Bisou, a creation that celebrates Angelina's heritage while introducing a new era of exquisite flavors.
