Angelina is one of Paris's finest gourmet houses. This year, Maison Angelina presents its flagship creation: the 3-chocolate log.
Carefully crafted by Pastry Chef Christophe Appert, it features a dark chocolate crunch, a cocoa cookie and three vanilla, milk and dark chocolate ganaches. Its envelope is adorned with chocolate plaques, reminiscent of the traditional log. A must-have pastry for all chocolate lovers. Count €79 for the limited-edition log for 6/8 people.

The Mont-Blanc log: A reinterpretation of the famous Mont-Blanc, this gluten-free log will delight fans with its vermicelli of chestnut cream, light chantilly and glazed chestnut chips. A real explosion of flavors. For 6/8 people, it costs 65€.
Passion Fruit and Caramel log: A creation that evokes the sun and the tropics, with its passion fruit and mango cream. It also features a vanilla mousse, coconut dacquoise, white chocolate and lime crunch, and melting caramel. Its design, with Christmas baubles and gold leaf, is sure to enhance your tables. Price? €79 for 6/8 people.
La Bûche Cranberry: Fruity and sweet, thislog is made for all those looking for the perfect alliance between fruit and sweetness. It features a light vanilla mousse, creamy cranberry jelly, hazelnut cookie and cranberry crunch. Its red icing with Christmas baubles and gold leaf makes it a real work of art. It costs 69€ for 6/8 people.
For those with a small appetite, or for the curious who wish to taste before opting for a large log, each of these creations is also available in individual "log" format for 10€ on the premises and 7.90€ to take away.

The design of this calendar has not been left to chance. Benoît Aupoix, the talented artist, illustrates this calendar with a universe that oscillates between fairytale and fantasy. He uses Angelina's iconic pink color to illustrate the boutique and tea room on rue de Rivoli. A reminder that Angelina's gourmet dream was born on this very street 120 years ago. The Advent calendar costs €36 and will be available in all boutiques from October 23, 2023.
