Nina Métayer, elected best pastry chef in 2016 by Le Chef magazine and by Gault et Millau in 2017, who delighted us for a while at Café Poushkine, signs her first Parisian address this fall .
You missed his pastries and you want to (re)discover them without having to order? This will be possible as of August 31, 2021. Indeed, Délicatisserie, its famous 100% digital pastry shop, is exporting its bags (or rather its artisanal pastries) in a corner on the 8th floor of Printemps du Goût.
A high quality pastry to discover in the sky of Paris, to take away or to taste in the tea room of the pastry shop or on the terrace, here is something to please.
On the menu of discoveries, beautiful creations such as the Chocolate Tart with creamy chocolate and crispy feuillantine, the Pastry Flan that we all love, the Tiramisu, the Apple Tart or the Fig Tart, but also the chocolate beggars, the crunchy bar, the brownies, the cookies or the Gianduja candies that smell of dark chocolate and the home-made praline with Piedmont hazelnuts and cocoa nibs.
Head to the Printemps du Goût in the Printemps Homme store, 64 boulevard Haussmann in the 9th district. The corner is open to you every day from 10am to 8pm.
