Long associated with baker Dominique Saibron, chef Emmanuel Martin has finally opened his own bakery in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Here, he unveils a range of mouth-watering viennoiseries and pastries, made from the finest raw materials, led by raw flours, most of which are organic, and natural sourdough.
ForEpiphany 2021, Emmanuel Martin has thought of gourmands and imagined, for them, a selection of diverse and varied creations, to please all palates.
Available at Emmanuel Martin until the end of January 2021, a galette des rois 2021 with almond frangipane cream, a galette des rois 2021 with pistachio frangipane cream, and a brioche des rois 2021 with candied fruit and orange blossom!
As for prices, expect to pay 9.9€ (only!) for a brioche des rois for 6-8 people, 3.5€ for individual galettes, 12€ for galettes 2/3 people, 17€ for galettes 4 people, 25€ for galettes 6 people, 33€ for galettes 8 people and 42€ for galettes 10-12 people (!). Super affordable, isn't it?
