ForEpiphany 2015, Arnaud Delmontel has decided to play the diversity card by offering several galettes des rois, to be tasted from January 2 in the Parisian stores of the Pastry Chef.

Note that a bottle of cider is offered with your galette des rois for 8 people or more on Epiphany weekend.
Arnaud Delmontel also offers the Marquise du Nouvel An. This limited-edition, gluten-free creation features a hazelnut milk ganache, lemon zest and a hazelnut cookie (serves 8: €56).
