Feel like dancing and singing in the streets? Then don't miss the 41st Fête de la musique! This year, the popular and festive event returns on Wednesday, June 21, all over France.
For a whole day, the Fête de la musique is an opportunity to discover up-and-coming young talent, as well as to meet up with well-known and established artists, who will be giving free concerts to keep the music alive.
Whether on the streets, in parks, squares and gardens, museums, bars and restaurants, or in a number of institutions, budding musicians and professional artists make this unique day a warm and friendly occasion to celebrate all kinds of music (jazz, blues, rock, rap, classical, French variety, electro, reggae...).
On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, for the new Fête de la Musique, the program will once again be rich and eclectic, with a host of musical highlights to be found in every district of the capital; from Montmartre to the Marais, via Montparnasse and the Latin Quarter... Paris's chic 8th arrondissement is also getting in on the act, hosting a unique and unusual event on June 21 from 6pm onwards in the sublime Place de la Madeleine.
On the menu? Les Philifolies, an evening celebrating 75 years of friendship between France and the Philippines, featuring a vibrant fusion of several artists, including Pinoy Jam Paris. So, are you ready to experience the spirit of the Philippines in the heart of Paris?
